Families that ARE planning to attend the Halloween Party on time MUST complete this following form by Wednesday, October 29:

Halloween Party Room Parent & Guest Sign-Up

Room Parent Set-Up: Room Parents helping with classroom parties may enter the building at 1:45 PM for set-up. These parents are designated room parents from PTA. Parents that are setting up will have their badges printed ahead of time from Raptor.

Parade: Our Halloween Parade will begin at 2:00 PM with 6th grade and wrap up around 2:15 PM. We will follow a route that will include the sidewalk from the front drive. The students will parade from the choir doors around to the SLC doors. All parents may view the parade from outside without signing up in advance. All viewers will need to stand in the coned-off street and keep the sidewalks clear.

(Please Note: To help us plan and ensure everything runs smoothly, you must be signed up using the form HERE by Wednesday, October 29. Unfortunately, if you are not signed up in advance, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join the party in a timely manner.)

Parties: Families planning to attend the party will only be able to enter after the parade, unless they are a designated room parent. The office will print the badges ahead of time. Classroom parties will conclude by 3:00 PM to help with dismissal and parking flow.

Front Drive: Please note, the front drive will be coned off during the parade for safety.

Guidelines:

Please do not bring younger siblings to the parade or classroom parties (siblings are welcome at Trunk or Treat).

No masks or face paint are permitted during the school day. Students may wear their costumes for the entire day--please make sure that their costumes are comfortable for them to wear. See costume guidelines in the post below.

Classroom sign-out sheets will be available for students leaving early.
