International Dot Day is an Art Holiday! 

It started in 2009, and it is about “making your mark” with bravery, creativity, and self-expression. 

In Art Class on September 16-19, grades K-2 will be reading the book The Dot, by Peter H. Reynolds, and using dots in our artwork.

All students K-6 are invited to wear dots/polka dots on their Art Class days that week.   

It might be fun to do some dot-related activities at home on International Dot Day, September 15.  (#Pancakes!)
